In the microwave: Arrange the peppers in a suitable dish and heat 400g for 8 minutes on defrost to serve cold and 400g for 5 minutes at full power to serve hot.?In a frying pan: Brown the peppers over a high heat with a little olive oil for 6 minutes, turning half way through.?In the fridge: Arrange the peppers in a dish and defrost in the lower section of the fridge for 6 hours.
