Snow peas 500g
In a frying pan: In a hot pan, sauté the frozen peas over a high heat for 8 minutes with a little butter or oil.?In a saucepan: Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add the peas and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and refresh under cold water to preserve the colour.
Serve with fish or meat.
Can also be eaten by themselves.
